• Live betting markets at pbawin may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at pbawin's discretion based on developments in play.

All casino and card games at pbawin, including live casino tables, Tongits, and the poker room, are governed by these general Terms as well as the specific rules displayed within each game or game section.

• Casino results, card deals, and game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or live dealer processes, as applicable. pbawin does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game, the round in which the failure occurred may be voided and stakes returned. If the result was fully determined before the failure, the settled result will stand.

• Collusion with other players in any pbawin card game or poker room is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of session winnings.

pbawin offers promotions, bonuses, and cashback to eligible members from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be displayed at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses at pbawin unless otherwise stated:

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from pbawin without prior written permission.
